With $3.1 billion in total assets under management* we have established a substantial platform of shopping centers in strong geographic markets. A disciplined acquisitions strategy is designed to enhance the size, diversification and quality of that platform. Toward that end the company is expanding further within the central and southeastern United States.

We acquire high quality retail assets in the following categories:

  • community shopping centers
  • neighborhood centers
  • power centers
  • lifestyle centers
  • free-standing assets
  • single properties
  • portfolios of assets

Our team sources then evaluates each opportunity with defined investment criteria:

  • markets with healthy demographics in central and southeastern U.S.
  • assets well positioned within trade area
  • property well tenanted including market leading grocer or national brand anchor or offers redevelopment opportunities
  • asset meets our performance objectives

We acquire assets from private developers in principal to principal transactions as well as through the public market. New development/construction is purchased upon project completion and stabilization. Investments are funded with equity and proceeds from dispositions as well as joint venture institutional capital.
